We are pleased to inform you that we salute the Elite Force and in the
pursuit of expressing our gratitude towards the Noble Cause being done by ITBP
in Chhattisgarh, we wish to Organize a motorbike (Royal Enfield) ride from Raipur
to the proposed route to mark the 57th ITBP Raising day.

1) Proposed Route:
A) Raipur to Rajnandgaon (THQ, ANO, BGLR), Tree plantation and thereafter
breakfast by the riders along with the ITBP Officers and personnel at THQ.

B) Rajnandgaon to Dongargarh (THQ 40th BN ITBP), Tree plantation by the
riders along with the ITBP Officers and personnel at a Crematorium and Jail
near the THQ 40th BNITBP.

C) Dongarh to Kanhargaon (Lunch along with the ITBP Officers and personnel
at the Jungle Company Operating Base).

D) Kanhargaon to Raipur.

2) Aim:
a) To celebrate raising day function with ITBPians and Civilian Riders as a
mark of respect to the force.

b) To do tree plantation in the crematorium and the jail with the
supervision of the ITBP so as to ensure 100% survival.

3) Venue of flag-Off:6TH GEAR - Royal Enfield Showroom at Tatibandha Raipur.

4) Date: 24th October-2018.

5) Time: 0600hrs.

6) Financial Implication: We request each rider to contribute Rs 500/- only
which will be towards one T-Shirt, Two saplings, Breakfast, and Lunch.
